VP Harris struggles with Hurricane Milton speech

Vice President Harris, during the Hurricane Milton update from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on Wednesday, closed his mouth and appeared to tell the staff that he was broadcasting live after stumbling in his speech to the people of Florida.

President Biden and Harris received an update from disaster relief officials on life-saving preparations for Hurricane Milton. The two also received the latest forecast updates and the expected impact on Florida.

While Biden attended the meeting from the White House, Harris and others were in attendance.

At one point during the forum, Harris closed his mouth and appeared to be relaying a message to someone else.
