An Uber Eats driver in Florida who loves late-night snacks was allegedly caught eating a customer’s order – in front of them – leading to the driver spitting in the customer’s face.
According to an affidavit, obtained by Fox News affiliate FOX 13, Alexsandra Del Valle Acosta Aguilar, 29, was seen by an unidentified customer “taking food out of a bag she had ordered” outside the customer’s home in Davenport, Florida, on September 12.
The unidentified woman inside the home saw the Uber Eats driver and confronted him, documents said.
As she walked to the door of her house, the woman saw Aguilar holding up her ‘Happy Fall Y’all’ sign. When the victim grabbed the sign, they said they started arguing with Del Valle Acosta Aguilar spat in his face.

The affidavit revealed that investigators followed Aguilar to his home in Winter Garden, Florida, where they said he admitted to delivering them to the victim’s address.
According to the documents, the victim said she was unable to pick out Del Valle Acosta Aguilar from a pack of photos because of a brain injury that affected her ability to memorize.
However, the victim described the suspect as a Hispanic woman between 20 and 30 years old with long black hair, which matches the description of the suspect.
Investigators arrested Aguilar based on the victim’s statement, the suspect’s statement, and Uber Eats records.
