Tracker’s Fiona Rene Teases Reenie’s Future With Justin Hartley’s Colter
TrackerThe newest episode seems to have closed the door Justin Hartleythe character, Colter, who explores romance with her Fiona ReneReenie – or did you?
Renee, 36, reflected on their future after Sunday’s episode on November 3, which showed Reenie hitchhiking with a new man, telling Us Weekly“I think deep down Colter loves Reenie. I would really like to think that he has unconditional love for her.”
Although Rene says she doesn’t know what the future holds for Reenie and Colter, she hasn’t made a decision.
“He wants the best for Reenie and wants to see her happy. I think Elliot at the time really makes her happy. So I think it’s undeniable that Colter felt that way too. But does that mean it’s over?” he commented. “Most of the time Justin and I don’t talk about motivation. We don’t talk about acting [in a scene]. Honestly we come to put it and we feel it. “
Based on Jeffery Deavera novel The Never GameThe Tracker has viewers tuning in each week to see their favorite fictional savior — aka Colter — travel across the country to help solve missing persons cases, track down information on criminal cases and more. Colter often gets help from his team, including his lawyer Reenie.
Colter and Reenie’s history is not limited to a professional relationship. The fictional couple have previously explored an unusual connection and Reenie has caught the eye of Colter’s brother, Russell (Jensen Ackles), and.
“Reenie likes some of that attention. Who doesn’t love a little reassurance here and there? We are all human,” Rene joked Us. But I think Reenie is looking for the kind of man who is available emotionally, physically and mentally. [Someone] in the same situation where he doesn’t have to follow the trail every time he wants to talk to her. I think that suits me.”
He went on to say:[She wants] having someone who is willing to make you a priority – and that’s hard. As for Russell and Colter, I don’t know if Reenie trusts that one of them can do all those things. [They should] prove me false.”
Rene, however, is not giving anything away. In fact, he’s excited to see what Hartley, 47, has in store as the star and executive producer of Tracker.
“He is the No. 1 miracle [on the call sheet]. He wears many hats [on set]. He is not only an actor, but [he is focused on] show numbers. It is important to him and the producer. When he comes on set, he is busy and we even call him himself Terminator,” Rene shared Us. “But then he takes off that hat, puts on his actor’s hat and plays with sincerity. It’s such a dream for an actor to be able to come on set and work together to find what feels right between their characters. Justin is always ready for that. And for someone who wears so many hats, being able to let it all go and play at the same time is honestly a dream come true. I hope I can do the same.”
Tracker airs Sundays on CBS at 8 pm ET. New episodes air the next day on Paramount+.
