The NSE will add six new stocks to the F&O segment from January 31
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has announced the listing of 6 new stocks in the Futures and Options (F&O) segment with effect from January 31, 2025. The stocks added to the derivatives list are as follows. Castrol India, Gland Pharma, NBCC, Phoenix, Solar Industries India, again Torrent power.
This move follows strict adherence to the norms set by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and has received regulatory approval.
Market place and strike details to follow
The NSE has clarified that information regarding the market sizes and strike plans for these securities will be shared with members by January 30, 2025. This information, along with the applicable price-fixing limits, will be available in the contract file and used from trading. start date.
Issuance of 16 stocks from 28 February
While six stocks are set to join the F&O list, the NSE has simultaneously decided to remove 16 counters from the segment. These include notable words such as PVR Inox, United Breweries, Abbott India, Atul, Bata India, again City Union Bank. Contracts for these stocks will not be available for trading after February 28, 2025.
