Stephen Colbert jokes about Eminem’s rally appearance with Barack Obama

As the election campaign draws to a close, both parties are bringing out the big guns. Donald Trump has the jump and sweepstakes prize Elon Musk, but Kamala Harris has the rapper Eminem and former president Barack Obama.
In the clip above from Wednesday The Late ShowStephen Colbert plays a clip of Eminem speaking at a recent rally in Michigan, telling the crowd that “People shouldn’t be afraid to express their opinions.”
“Eminem has never been afraid to express his opinions, even politics,” Colbert said. “In 2004 he criticized Bush, saying ‘No more blood for oil’ in his song “Mosh”. And in the same year he argued, ‘The way you rock, I can’t believe it, I’ve never seen it. Such an ass. The way you rock, you make me pee and die, I did.’ I believe that was about the repeal of the estate tax.”
