Review: LichtBlick, Innsbruck, Austria – Luxury Blog

Installated on the upper buddy of Bustling Ratha ethausigalerien Shopping Center, LichBlick is a leave on the day and a night restaurant. With the panoramic views of the Innnsbruck roof and the Alps surrounding, the architect is well named: “Ray of Light” to lighten the city restaurant.

Food

Lichtblick Cuisine includes Austrian culture with a mediterran of Mediterran Charm and the An Asian concern, and moved to the new menu on the night before our visit. In fact, Diners can choose from three thoughts that are considered when each course is designed to support, but you may replace other menus if you wish (as you will see it with dessert from menu 1).

Basically we chose menus 2 and 3, and I will let the pictures do talking here …

Poiched Porw Porws Wild Prawns with sweet potatoes, Baby Chard, Again, Grapeffruit’s Orange Salad & Aioli
Durable Figered and Fixed Duroc Pork with a potato cake, Black Salsify & SAGE JUS
Walnut éclair Ecrème Patissue, Nati Caramelized Nati & Buttermilk ice cream

Fried dove and potatoes of La Ratte, Raspberry gel, Tarragon Vinaigrette, Black chocolate & raspberry Jus

Conmantal Ox with a full watenan

The Growth Fillet of Val Passira Salmiron Trout in Bouillabisse vegetables, Vigilant potatoes and Saffron Foam

Eggplant Cream baked in Pho Package by salad of a Mediterranean, Pomegranate Seeds, dried and Lulemade Labneh

Ravioli is full of pecorino and yolk cream, shiny mushrooms, dark nuts

LAWAR PLALE CRUMBLE KERJUS BYANON & Vanilla Ice Cream

We tried some dishes and concluded that menu 2 was our favorite.

Chef

Head chef is Andreas Zeindinger Although ElchtBlick is released as the Kitchen Art Director.

Ambience

Without installing the shopping center to get there, you wouldn’t know that he was over the commercial building. The atmosphere is seen but close to him, and he is busy yet named. Near a restaurant, 360 ° Wine Bar and Lounge, is under the same treatment, provides a chic back, ready for pre-meals or after dinner aperitif. Being in the higher area, there is a good idea to have, whether the day or night. Our table has not ignored Rathaus Glowenterm (Town Hall Clock Tower).

All you need to plan your trip by 2024

Cost

3 menus starts with a price from € 48 to € 48 to

Final decision

LichtBlick is a flavour feast and art. With strange bowls and we are still desired of strong hums, this is a restaurant to want to visit the next time in Innnsbruck.

Disclosure: Our trip was sponsored by the Innsbruck Tourism.
