Pokémon TCG Pocket will allow you to trade cards from early next year

Pokémon Trading Card Pocket Game has been pretty good since its global launch last month, and the team behind it have shared a brief guide to a few upcoming updates – including the ability to trade cards with other people.

“We intend to add a feature that allows certain cards to be sold starting in January, 2025,” according to an update from the team on the official Pokémon forums. “We plan to gradually expand the selection of cards that can be sold.” It’s unclear which cards will initially be available for trading, and hopefully the list expansion doesn’t take too long.

The game will also get new booster packs later this year. And there are other new features in the works in addition to trading, and the team says it will announce more details “as the dates for adding these features are finalized.”
