On Tuesday, domestic equity benchmarks ended the volatile session on a slightly negative note, with the Sensex losing 67.3 points to end at 78,472.9 and the Nifty 50 giving up 25.8 points to settle at 23,727.7.

Larsen and Toubro (L&T)
The construction giant has received a GST notice demanding a penalty of Rs 42.5 lakh for disallowing interim credit claims.
Disagreeing with this tax, L&T said it will file an appeal against the order and expects a positive outcome from the high court.
Ola Electric Mobility
The company opened 3,200 new experience centers, taking its total number of touch points to 4,000.
Ola Electric Mobility plans to open 4,000 corporate stores in May.
Welspun Corp
The company’s subsidiary has bagged orders worth Rs 130 crore from Saudi Arabia.
Aztec Lifesciences
The proposal opened by the promoters of this company, the Godrej family, is expected to be closed on Thursday.
Ceigall India
The company’s subsidiary has signed a concession agreement with highways authority NHAI for a road project worth Rs 981 crore in Punjab.
Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway is set to complete the order in 24 months.
Gland Pharma
The French regulatory body ANSM has completed an inspection at the Gland Pharma facility and issued 10 opinions in this regard.
ANSM conducted its inspection at Gland Pharma’s Fontenay facility from December 9 to December 19.
Panacea Biotec
The company has received an order for bivalent oral polio vaccine (bOPV) worth Rs 127 crore from UNICEF.
As part of the agreement, Panacea Biotec will supply 11.5 crore doses of the vaccine.
The order will be completed by 2025.
Shares in Indian securities
Share India Securities will invest Rs 59.5 crore in the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India in equity.
The work will be completed in 60 days.
EPACK is strong
The Chinese TV manufacturer plans to pick up a 26 percent stake in subsidiary EPACK Durable.
EPACK Durable said that discussions about such an agreement are in the early stages and will disclose details if needed.
