‘Monster’ Creator on How Kim Kardashian Got Involved in the Menendez Case

Monsters: The Story of Lyle and Erik Menendez the creator Ryan Murphy reveals new insights into how Kim Kardashian He was involved in the case of Lyle again Erik Menendez.

“I think it led to something interesting, and the most important thing for me, when you do something, whether people like it or hate it, it’s close to the point, does it start a conversation about something? I think the show did that in a way that [co-creator] Ian [Brennan] and I was very proud.”

Kardashian also has a childhood connection to the Mendez brothers – their house was not far from hers growing up. In April’s interview “Various Actors in Actors” no Monsters star Chloe Sevignyhe pondered this.

“I grew up down the street from home where everything happened, and everyone went to the same schools,” she said. “I remember hearing about this case, but my father drove me and told me about this story.”
