Such is the case with his upcoming flick Sinners, which might be the most terrifying film the talented actor has ever made. The tone is dark and ominous, and the trailer brings a slow build-up to something, well, we’re not sure what.

The film takes place in the 1930s, in the Jim Crow South, a part of the plot that is sure to be informative throughout the story.
