Love Is Blind Hannah lost 75 pounds, the procedures she did

While the foundation of Love Is Blind it is based on the idea that two people can love each other without being seen, the 7th star Hannah Giles‘ look has taken the internet by storm.
“It’s a lot [about] I feel better about myself and a little bit of revenge,” said Hannah, 27, laughing during an interview with Us Weekly when asked about the reason for her weight loss after the show. “I think that when you were watching this show, I was already on a journey. I have struggled with my weight, my whole life. Whether I was thin or heavy, I just had problems. I like to eat. I like to binge. I don’t like to exercise. During COVID, I gained a lot of weight, as many people do. I just felt sorry for myself and never did anything about it, really.”
At her heaviest, Hannah said she weighed 220 pounds. Then he tried to run and see what he was eating.
“I got down to 175 before the show. And I had liposuction and, maybe, a year [or] a year and a half before the show on my lower abdomen, my back and my neck, I thought, ‘These are things I don’t like, let’s change them,’” Hannah said. Us. “After the show, I just said, ‘Okay, I love myself, but I think I could be healthier and live better. I can be better and feel better.’”
Hannah started eating clean and noticed that she turned to food when she was dealing with anxiety. “I eat to cope,” he explained. “After the show I saw a lot of things. I got anti-anxiety medication, which I think really helped. I don’t have that much anxiety, so I don’t play with anxiety.”
The latest season of the Netflix show premiered in September. When Hannah started posting more recent photos on social media, fans thought she was on Ozempic.
“I tried Ozempic in the spring. It was the standard version. I don’t know what it’s called, but I tried it for two weeks,” he said Us. “And for me, unfortunately, it just made me very sick. I couldn’t do it. I felt nauseous and wanted to vomit. I couldn’t eat food. I was like, ‘I’d rather be overweight than do this.’ But I think it’s a wonderful thing. And if it hadn’t made me sick, I would have taken it, but I couldn’t.”
Although she doesn’t like exercise — “I’ll go to Pilates every now and then. I have severe OCD, so I purge a lot, which is like exercise,” she said Us — Hana is ‘very careful’ about what she eats.
“It’s not a crazy thing I did,” he said. “Also, I am very happy. And I think that really helps.”
Hannah – who broke up with him Li B boyfriend Nick Dorka before arranged marriages – she said she now weighs 145 pounds.
“It’s mainly about controlling certain parts,” he continued. “I didn’t cut down on the food I was eating. I have done crash diets in the past. They don’t work for me. If I just eat what I usually eat [but] just eat a small portion, i’m fine. I try to eat protein. I don’t like to cook meat at home, it exhausts me, so I eat a lot of fish at home. It’s easy. I try to eat protein and some vegetables. Thanks, I’m not a picky eater. But if I want french fries for dinner, I’ll have french fries for dinner. I’m just balancing.”

Hana admitted that her relationship with the scale was difficult, so she put on some precautions.
“When you measure yourself, I feel like you’re something like that,” she said, noting that many women can experience “generational trauma” passed down from their parents and grandparents. “I think my mother said that when she graduated from high school, her mother got her a scale. … “I weigh myself every two weeks. I don’t weigh more than that. That’s just to keep track [and] to make sure I don’t get out of the car.”
He continued: “Weighing myself every day – there are times when I’ve done it and I have to remember like, ‘Hana, it’s not about a number and a scale.’ But you have to hold back.’”
Hana added that when filming Love Is Blindhe hadn’t done anything to his face. In June, however, she got lip fillers, Botox on her forehead and hair extensions.
“I haven’t done anything crazy, but I’m very open to it [and] with it,” he said. “For example, when I look at people on TV, the Kardashians, and you’re like, ‘Oh my God, these beauty standards – I’ll never be able to.’ I’m like, ‘They did a lot of things and this is why.’ Losing weight changed my face a lot [too]but my lips will not look like this or I may have wrinkles on my forehead or my hair is not as nice. They are false things.”
