Jermall Charlo is back in the gym, training for a return to the ring in 2025.
The former junior middleweight champion, Charlo (35-2-1, 19 KOs), has spent the last 15 months off after losing to IBF, WBA, WBC, and WBO 168-lb champion Canelo Alvarez in 12 extensive rounds. . unanimous decision not to attempt September 30, 2023.

If you’re from Turkey, the easiest fight to cover would be Jermell against IBF champion Murtazaliev. Crawford won’t agree to fight Charlo unless he is promised a lot of money, perhaps more than what he earned in his fight with Madrimov on August 3.
Most of those boxers would beat the version of Jermell who lost to Canelo and struggled against Brian Castano and Tony Harrison. Also, the 154-lb division has changed and improved significantly. Charlo will be turning 35 on May 19, and that’s not young at any weight class.
