Karen Gillan you are officially a mother to a baby girl!
I Guardians of the Galaxy The actress, 37, took to Instagram on Thursday, January 2, to reveal that she welcomed her first child with husband Nick Kocher by the end of 2024.
“2024 thank you for giving us Clementine 🍊,” Gillan then accompanied a series of beautiful photos revealing baby Clementine for the first time. In another photo, the Scottish-born actress is seen holding her baby, who rests his head comfortably on his mother’s shoulder. Another photo shows Kocher holding Clementine. A third photo shows the new parents holding mugs that read, “Best Dad Ever” and “Best Mom Ever.”
Gillan continued with her caption, “And like the last slide – I shot a movie called ‘Let’s Have Babies’ as I’m preggo in real life so take that. Daniel Day-Lewis.” The final slide of Gillan’s post shows her on a film set, sitting at the foot of a pregnant woman’s bed.
