Former NFL star Adrian Peterson has arrest warrants: report
Adrian Peterson is in legal trouble again.
The 2012 NFL MVP has warrants out for his arrest, according to USA Today, for failing to appear in court on two separate child support charges.
These warrants were issued in Fort Bend County, Texas, USA Today reported. The sheriff’s department did not immediately confirm this information to Fox News Digital.

“The current case is related to a misunderstanding regarding Adrian’s child support appearance in court, and he is working with his legal team to resolve this matter as quickly as possible,” his spokesperson, Denise White, said in a statement. in USA Today. “He is committed to remedying this situation and moving forward well.”
Despite earning more than $100 million in his career, the former Minnesota Vikings running back ran into bank loan trouble. Court records in February said Peterson failed to pay any of the $8.3 million he owed DeAngelo Vehicle Sales LLC, which he was ordered to pay three years earlier. He was ordered to pay a debt of $2.4 million in 2019 and had to pay off a Minnesota bank last year.
Peterson missed all but one game of the 2014 season after being charged with negligent injury or neglect of a child. He pleaded no contest to hitting his son, who was 4 years old at the time, with a tree branch.

In 2022, Peterson was arrested after an incident with his wife on a plane. But his wife said it was just an argument, the charges were dropped.
Peterson has rushed for 14,918 yards in his career, leading the league with three rushing touchdowns. He is one of six running backs to rush for 2,000 yards in a season and was eight yards shy of breaking Eric Dickerson’s single-season record in 2012.

However, he holds the record with 296 rushing yards in a single game, which he accomplished in his rookie season. He ran for 253 of those yards in the second half.
