A series of anti-Israel and anti-Palestinian messages were sent from the Ford Motor Co. account. on social media platform X on Monday before it was removed, sparking speculation about the source of the documents.

The now-deleted messages posted on Ford’s handle included posts that read, “Israel is a terrorist state,” “Free Palestine” and “ALL EYES ON GAZA.”

Several X users wrote that it appeared Ford’s account had been hacked, including pro-Israel Rep. Ritchie Torres, DN.Y., who said the automaker’s account “must have been stolen by the Palestine Liberation Organization.”
