You know? Growth in the Philippines, I have never experienced temperatures under zero or snow-covered roads. But like Omad of digital, my walk last took me when I was there in the “skioping” was not just the option – it was a need!
After all, I don’t always get into the beaches such as Florida, or go to tropical spots like Saudi Arabia. I’m walking in cold heaven and, like Idaho! Entering Papawan strikes or wandering healthy hubs such as Bangkok – each site teach me something new.

If you are heading to the weather involved in the first time, don’t worry! I found some tips that were trying and tested to help you stay warm, comfortable and productive.
1. Understanding weather methods and weather
a. Research at your destination
Before I arrived in Northern Europe, I spent most of my time studying at middle temperatures, moisture, and the work changes. This helped me find that I needed a heavy winter coat or some lantern layers.
- Apps and Websites: I am using Accuuse and TimeAddate monitoring everyday predictions. They also offer long wide predictions, so I know which months are very cold or in a sudden snowstorm. Finding reliable internet connection confirms that I can always be renewed to the weather and work effectively while on the go.
b. Know your limits
Every patient’s tolerance is different. If you are like me and spend more of your time in the hot weather, you can feel ticks and wear winter collars even when locations are still wearing T-shirts. It is totally normal – just plan right!
2. Winter wearing a cold and cold weather
a. Well the art of placing
When I first got true winter, I scared and bought the biggest coat, which I found. In time, I realized that a layer worked very well – and often very much.
- BASISHARD OF BASIST: Think hot peaks or lean wool. This helps to control the body temperature and moisture (in case of sweat).
- Medical layer: Sweat or hair to keep heat in.
- Outer layer: A hot or waterproofed coat, depending on the weather.
You can always waste the layers if you get very warm inside.
b. Invest in high winter Gear
I once tried to survive Finnish winter dressed in cheap boots. Suppose my toes are unhappy. It prioritates a few long-term elements – such as bozers, the relevant coat, and gloves are included. It is fitting that you keep yourself protected from bite or slushy roads.
c. Don’t forget accessories
- Stocks and Beavies: To cover your neck, ears and head help your body keep you warm.
- Hot socks: Keep those feet beat, especially when you plan to walk too much.
- Hands and foot hands: These are small packages to save me during long and outward train ridden trains.
3. Convert your process and your way of life
a. Stay hydrate & syringe
The cold weather can be surprised. My skin began to feel stronger and I began using heavy moisturizer and drank more water than usual. Consider bringing the small moisture if you live in a few weeks – it is helpful to combat inner heat.
b. Have accepted comfortable food (but measured)
I love soup or happy stew when it is cold without – nothing to beat a warm meal after entering the chill! However, I am sure and find fruits and vegetables in my diet to be my body soldiers.
Cold production can be healthier when new fruits are very expensive or less than a little winter. Philippines culture – especially the brave filipines brave – always comforting me, no matter where I am.
c. Correct your work schedule
You can find that it is difficult to get out of bed where snowless. OK! I try to remove my work hours later to match the sunrise times (or whenever when heating a little). I also edit shorts, active breaks – like a simple Indoor or fast walk – keeping my streaming moving and wagging winter brakes.
4. Finding Comfort & Outcome Year Challenges
a. Make your space cool
If you rent an airbnb or a temporary apartment, I have made in soft clothes, throw pillows, or fairy lights. Building the comfy Nook to work can make such difficult, gray days feeling inviting.
GOOD RENT is often the key, especially if you live in Hubs such as David City or Cebu city, or other areas in Southeast Asia known for their life costs. They attract more expats and remote employees.
b. Fighting seasonal disorders (sad)
Lack of sunlight sometimes can affect the feelings. Some Philippines Digital and Mads (I personally include) are used in black days in 4 PM. Consider these advice:
- Bright therapy: Special lights imitate sunlight and can increase your Mood and power levels.
- Camp: Even if it is visible menops, Facebook groups, or digital digital digital events, communication with others helps keep the bay loneliness.
- External time: Even if it is cold, try to submit without natural light. 15 minutes can do wonders.
c. Learn Winter Local Works
With good travel insurance, whatever you want to do is probably! Be an ice skating, skiing, or simply walking to a Christmas market, depending on the work of season can help you to appreciate an endless environment. I used to panic without winter, but when I had accepted this experience, it made it very cold.
In the southeastern Asia, I learned to enjoy Surf and DIVE jobs, a complete escape when I return to a hot paradise, for example, Boracay, or other places regarded as the capital of the Philippines.
