OFW e-card application online
1. Visit OWWA website. Seek the E-Card application page.
2. Complete the application form. Enter your information, phone number, passport page, and OWWA membership information.
3. Enter your documents. This includes your employment contract, valid passport, OEC, or other required information.
4. Choose where to download your card. Choose the social office of OWWA or a PEA (such as Poa Ortigas).
5. Enter the form. Complete CAPTCHA and tap “Send.” You will receive reference or tracking number.
6. Expect approval. Then take your I-card to your chosen location.
Tip: Some OWWA offices give delivery. Others allow a person to take a letter of authorization. Ask if this is found next to you.
