Consul Enunina V. Mangio, President of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), announced the appointment of Mr. Aguilar as the 50th Chairman.th The Philippine Business Conference & Expo (PBC&E) following the executive session unanimously voted him into office. Mr. Aguilar is also PCCI’s Vice President and Director of International Affairs.

Mr. Aguilar completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and a Masters in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
