Daniel Dubois says he wants to fight for the vacant title against the winner of the Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk 2 after successfully defending his IBF heavyweight title against Joseph Parker on February 22.
Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs) and Parker (35-3, 23 KOs) will co-feature on the Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol 2 in 65 days in Riyadh. Parker, 32, earns the title after defeating Deontay Wilder and WBC interim champion Zhilei Zhang in back-to-back fights.
Dubois, 27, has strength, youth, and momentum working in his favor with recent wins over Anthony Joshua and Jarrell Miller. He stopped Joshua in the fifth round on September 21 in a knockout match at Wembley Stadium in London.

“I want that next and I know I deserve it because I beat AJ. I put him to sleep, I’m that guy now. They deserve to fight me,” said Daniel Dubois on Secondsout about wanting to fight for the undisputed championship against the winner of the Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk 2.
“It will be a good fight. It will be a real battle. He’s going to come and try to take my head off, and I’m going to do the same,” Dubois said of his title defense against Joseph Parker on February 22. “Let’s see. Well, I’m ready to go.
“I haven’t read that yet. Put him in the ring with me, and we’ll see what happens,” Dubois said of how he rated Parker against his recent rivals talent-wise. I haven’t taken my foot off the gas. We will go hard in this one,” said Dubois.

Parker, as he has transformed himself into a crafty wrestler, is not letting his hands go with bad intentions as he often did before his 11th round loss to Joe Joyce on September 24, 2022. Since that loss, Parker has won his own. the last five fights, but he has never faced someone like Dubois.
“I won’t tell you. We’ll get the game plan [for Parker]. It’s a war. Let’s go. It was great to do it in front of the British public. That was a special time. The people we came with, the music.
