OXON HILL, Md. – As usual on the first night of the American Baseball Coaches Association’s annual meeting, Division I coaches gathered Thursday for a discussion led by ABCA Executive Director Craig Keilitz about the current law affecting Division I baseball and the overall direction of the sport.
While there were a number of agenda items presented, the one that sparked the most interest was the debate over the strength of the fallout list limits and where that number should be placed.
