Diddy Insiders Talk Trailer For New Peacock Documentary

As Sean “Diddy” Combs is awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges, several members of his gang are speaking out about his alleged crimes.

In the trailer for the upcoming Peacock documentary Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boysinger and record producer Al B. Definitely! – who was Diddy’s Uptown Records label mate and dated Kim Porter before she married Diddy, 55, in 1994 – she is among those who will talk about her observations of the rapper over the years.

“There’s something wrong with this,” said Al B Sure!, 56, in the clip, which Peacock dropped on Thursday, January 2.

The trailer also teases interviews with Diddy’s friend, bodyguard, makeup artist, producer and intern and includes an interview with an anonymous person whose name has been changed to conceal his identity.

“I’ve been with Sean for a long time, and I’ve shot a lot of times. Anytime studio or any room [lit with] red [lighting]he makes love and sex,” said this person. “The other girls in the room, they were definitely under the age.”

A lawyer Lisa Bloomrepresentative of Vanity Kane’s Dawn Richards in the sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy, she calls the music star a “monster” in the trailer, while an unidentified woman recalls, “They can send me and sell me to anybody.”

The trailer also features a shot of Diddy saying, “I can show you how happy we are and get out of jail, too.”

Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy premieres on Peacock on Tuesday, January 14. The film’s synopsis calls it “a special, special look at Sean Combs long before he was known as Puff or Diddy.”

The documentary features “never-before-seen photos and stories from those in the know [Diddy] at best,” examining his “childhood, fame and recent criminal allegations.”

Diddy was arrested in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking and fraud. He pleaded not guilty to the charges. After being denied bail multiple times, Diddy withdrew his latest plea in December 2024. He will remain in jail until his trial in May.

Federal judge Arun Subramanian wrote in a recent decision denying bail that “no condition or combination of conditions will ensure public safety,” if Diddy’s request is granted.

Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy will premiere at the Peacock on Tuesday, January 14.
