Diddy Accuser’s Lawyer Says Someone ‘Higher’ Than Diddy In Clear Tape ‘Could Be Buried With Money’

According to Mitchell-Kidd, some of Diddy’s alleged sex tapes were bought from potential buyers, but he was contacted by someone asking for a clear tape. The lawyer says that this person wanted to “buy a certain video that he had and contact the person in the video to see if you would like to buy this video before it becomes known to the public.”

He didn’t name the high-profile celebrities in the video, but he “can tell that the video is sexually explicit in nature,” recorded at Diddy’s home in Atlanta, allegedly without the consent of the other party: “it doesn’t look like that person knows they’re being videotaped,” he said.

Mitchell-Kidd seems to think that this was recorded at Diddy’s home and that this is a sex tape.
