Comedian Tom Green Explains His Canadian Farm Life With Mule Fanny

After decades in Los Angeles, the comedian Tom Green she traded the beauty and glamor of the city for life on a farm in Canada, where she grew up – and she’s happier than ever.

“After a busy day, I unwind by being outside in nature with my dog, or riding my mule, Fanny,” Green, 53, revealed exclusively in her 25 Things You Don’t Know About Me article in the latest magazine. Us Weeklyon newsstands now. “Lately, I was hiding in the forest in my area to go deeper into the wilderness. I love the peace and quiet of being alone in nature.”

Hanging out with Fanny provides good exercise too, according to The Tom Green Show alum.

“Riding my mule, Fanny, has been a great source of exercise,” she shared. “You are a great mule, a very large and magnificent sow!”

Green describes his life in the world on his YouTube channel, where he makes short films on the farm.

Things won’t stay quiet for Green for too long, though, as the next few months will hold some exciting new ventures, including his own. This is a Documentary by Tom Greenhis Tom Green Got Me A Mule! comedy special filmed at the National Arts Center in Ottawa and Tom Green Countryhis four-part documentary, all premiering on Prime Video in January 2025.

7. My first job was working at Dairy Queen. I make the best peanut butter parfaits – the trick is more fudge!

8. One of my favorite places in the world is beautiful Costa Rica.

9. My most watched TV series right now is from Prime Video Hip Pain documents and my new plan – Tom Green Country – coming in January!

10. My fondest childhood memory is catching two five-pound largemouth bass while fishing with my dad.

14. My favorite time is from The Tom Green Show it was when I was playing with my parents by painting their house and their car. It was before social media and television shows took over. People who watched the stunts back in the ’90s – before the show was shown on MTV – couldn’t believe what they were seeing. We had a laugh!

15. My favorite item in my wardrobe is my boots.

16. Recently, I have been cutting paths through the woods in my area to ride deep into the wilderness. I love the peace and quiet of being alone in nature.

17. Riding my mule, Fanny, has been an excellent source of exercise. She is a female.

18. The three things I can’t leave the house with are my phone, wallet and panties.

19. At school, I always did well in public speaking competitions in English class. However, math was not fun for me. Don’t ask me to do a long separation – it won’t be good.

20. I collect old coins I don’t know why.

21. Norm Macdonald it has always been my favorite comedian. I found him hanging out at a comedy club when he was young and before he became famous. He was the greatest thing I had ever seen and made me want to be an independent comedian.

22. Gordon LightfootThe song “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald” brings back great memories. I feel lucky that I grew up listening to great Canadian music, like them Bryan Adams, Hip Pain, Neil Young again The urgency.

23. I love photography, and if I could do it full time in another life, I would.

25. Going to the pyramids, discovering a lost civilization in Antarctica and performing at Radio City Music Hall in New York City are on my bucket list.
