Brooks Nader Confirms She’s Still Legally Married to Ex Billy Haire

Nader, 28, shared a video on TikTok on Monday, January 20, of himself and Savchenko, 41, lip-syncing during a conversation. Ellen DeGeneres again Amy Schumer on DeGeneres’ previous talk show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
“And how is your husband?” Savchenko can be seen lip-syncing with DeGeneres. Nader then appeared to lip-sync Schumer’s response: “Good. Chris, right?”
“Plot twist: still legally married 😶,” the Sports Illustrated the swimsuit model captioned her video.

Nader confirmed his split from Haire after four years of marriage in May 2024. The model’s rep said the couple “divorced after living apart for months,” and added, “The split is mutual.”
Nader and Savchenko met last year as partners Dancing with the Stars season 33. While the show aired, Us Weekly he broke the news that Savchenko and Nader are “connected”. After the two were released, they broke up. However, they rekindled their love after it ended. Since then, the couple has spent Thanksgiving and Christmas together. “I don’t need anything else,” Savchenko wrote on Instagram on Christmas alongside a slideshow of her moments, Nader and her daughter spending the holidays together.
The post included a photo of him, Olivia and Nader during a visit to California’s The Integratron. Suddenly, Nader kissed Olivia while under the fairy light display. Savchenko and Nader also pack on the PDA in another photo.

Earlier this month, Savchenko revealed that she is ready to welcome a third child – this time with Nader.
“I think I’m ready for the 3rd,” Savchenko wrote on her Instagram Story on January 6 and tagged Nader while re-sharing a video posted by another. DWTS pro Pasha Pashkov. In the clip, Savchenko is seen with Pashkov’s wife, Daniella Karagachas she carries daughter Nikita, 20 months old, in her lap. The toddler can be seen eating apple slices prepared for him by Savchenko.
