Anker portable power bank is down to just $74 now

As a power-obsessed tech journalist, I’m always on the lookout for good portable power articles to keep my devices charged while I’m on the go. So, I picked up Anker’s 24,000mAh 737 Power Bank when I saw it on sale on Amazon for $73.99 — more than 50 percent off the original retail price. It’s also available directly from Anker for the same Black Friday low when you use a promo code WS24SJHXE0JN on the way out.

I’ve been looking for a good power bank that can simultaneously charge my MacBook Pro, iPhone, and headphones while I’m on the go, and I’ve had my eye on the Anker 737 for a while. Its large 24,000 mAh battery means I can ditch some of my power banks and keep it in my travel bag (even though it’s 1.6 pounds, it won’t make it too light.) Still, I don’t have to hunt for an airport power point or deal with those basics. -janky on the plane will be worth the extra weight.

Although it normally runs $149.99 and recently went on sale for around $109 on Amazon and elsewhere, its current price of $73.99 is the lowest I’ve ever seen. The GaN charger can quickly charge itself at 140W and power other gadgets at that rate, which – according to Anker – means it can charge a 16-inch MacBook Pro to 50 percent in 40 minutes (with the right cable ) and a completely new charger. iPhone up to five times.

Its two USB-C ports provide 140W of power each, and its single USB-A port provides 18W. It also has a built-in display that shows how much power is left, how much power the device is drawing, and how long it will take to recharge. All of this information should make it much easier for me to stay active wherever technology takes me.
