Alexei Popyrin Announces Marriage to Longtime Girlfriend

Aussie Alexei Popyrin capped the best season of his career with the news of a lifetime. The 25-year-old World No.24 announced his engagement to his long-term girlfriend Amy Pederick.

Popyrin shared photos of himself on one knee, popping the question, with the caption “Forever with you.”

It’s been a dream season in more ways than one for Popyrin, who claimed three ATP titles, including his first Masters 1000 crown in Montreal. The Sydney native also produced his best Grand Slam performance to date, upsetting Novak Djokovic at the US Open in the third round to reach the second round of the majors for the first time in his career.
