Share Market News, Stocks to Watch: Home equity benchmarks Sensex and Nifty50 lost the most on Monday amid a multi-sector sell-off, with financials, IT, energy, and auto stocks being the worst hit as investors weighed mixed signals from major markets around the world. The Sensex shed 1,272.1 points, or 1.5 percent, to end at 84,299.8 while the Nify50 fell 368.1 points, or 1.4 percent, to settle at 25,810.9.
At current levels, both main gauges are down about 2.0 percent from their highs registered last Friday.
As the focus shifts to the new calendar month, here are a few stocks that will be in focus during the upcoming session on Dalal Street:

Tata Steel has ceased operations at Blast Furnace 4 and other associated iron and steel assets at Port Talbot, the UK’s largest steel plant, ending steelmaking at the site. Most of the existing ‘heavy’ equipment—such as blast furnaces and coke ovens—at Tata Steel’s UK Port Talbot operations, had reached the end of their useful lives.
Sustaining the current configuration, or investing more in the conventional heavy end, was not economically or environmentally viable, according to the Tata group steelmaker.
