Diddy Posts Daughter’s Birthday On Instagram From Jail

Sean “Diddy” Combs honors daughter Love’s birthday in prison.

Combs announced the birth of her seventh child in December 2022, and her birth certificate confirms it Dana Tran his mother. (Combs is also father to children Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance and twins D’Lila and Jessie.)

Less than two years later, Combs was arrested in September after facing allegations of sexual harassment and assault. He was later charged with sex trafficking and fraud.

A day after his arrest, the 14-page indictment was unsealed. According to the indictment, Combs would organize “Freak Offs” which were “extensive and highly sexualized” events that often took place in hotel rooms. Diddy allegedly “masturbated from time to time, and often electronically recorded himself”.

After pleading not guilty, Combs was denied bail and remanded to the Metropolitan Detention Center pending trial. He denied all the allegations. His trial will begin on May 5, 2025.

As he lives in prison, Us Weekly confirmed on Monday, October 14, that Diddy was accused of rape and sexual assault in six lawsuits filed by two unidentified women and four unidentified men in Manhattan federal court. According to the attorneys, these are six of the suits out of a group of more than 100 defendants seeking legal action against Combs.

“The Buzbee Law Firm, along with its partner AVA Law Group and local New York attorney Curis Law, filed six lawsuits this week alleging sexual harassment, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and associated entities. he was part of, including a Macy’s department store, another Marriott Hotels,” lead attorney. Tony Buzzbee shared in a statement on Us. “The charges were brought for conduct that occurred over a long period of time from 1995, until 2021. All incidents took place in New York and are covered under the Sexual Harassment Protection Act. Four of the accused victims in these cases are men, two are women. One was sixteen at the time of the alleged incident. We will let the allegations in the complaints speak for themselves, and work to see that justice is done. We expect to file many more lawsuits in the next few weeks calling Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare forms.”

Combs’ attorneys have denied the claims. “The press conference and the 1-800 number that preceded today’s mass appeals were clearly publicity stunts. Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts, their legal defense, and the integrity of the judicial process,” their statement read. “In court, the truth will be there: that Mr. Combs has never sexually abused you—old or young, male or female.”

Earlier this month, Buzbee said during a press conference that his firm and AVA Law Group represented 60 men and 60 women who were alleged victims of Combs, and more than 20 said they were minors at the time of the incident.

Diddy’s lawyer Erica Wolff shared statement no Us he replied: “He will not be able to deal with all the frivolous allegations that have become a reckless media circus. Having said that, Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including children.”
