After opening the season with a surprise win in Cleveland, the 1-2 Dallas Cowboys have dropped their last two games largely because their defense can’t stop the run and their offense struggles to run the ball. Through three games, the Cowboys are giving up 186 rushing yards a game to rank last in the league. Offensively, the Cowboys have gained just 74 yards a game on the ground, which leads them to only two teams. This failure put a lot of pressure on Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb and the Cowboys passing attack.
The Giants are also 1-2 but moving in the opposite direction. They lost their first two games before winning last week (also in Cleveland) as Daniel Jones played his best game of the year and rookie wideout Malik Nabers continued a sensational start to his professional career.
These two NFC East foes will meet tonight in East Rutherford, New Jersey, starting at 8:15 p.m. ET (5:15 p.m. PT). The game will be broadcast nationwide Prime Video and free on Twitch.
