Dr Reddy’s Laboratories on Thursday said the Mexican drug regulator has imposed a fine of Rs 28 lakh.
Mexico’s drug regulatory body has imposed a fine of MXN 6,51,420 (Rs 28 Lakh) on the company for deviating from the prescribed guidelines for placing warnings on the importation of a reference level of one of the active ingredients of the drug, a Hyderabad-based drug. maximum is specified in the control file.
Shares of the drugmaker were trading 0.39 percent higher at Rs 6,720 apiece on the BSE.
