Goran Ivanisevic signed coach Elena Rybakina at the end of last season, saying he was looking forward to the challenge of helping the former Wimbledon champion regain his reputation.
The pairing was announced by Rybakina at the WTA finals in November, but was already dissolved before January was out.
The (happy) Ivanisevic-Rybakina partnership lasted less than one month.It’s over after #AusOpen.

The former Wimbledon champion and Novak Djokovic’s coach announced the news today on social media, saying “After our trial period ended at the Australian Open, I wish Elena and her team the best of luck moving forward.”
