DWTS’ Lindsay Arnold Is ‘Very Happy’ With Breast Augmentation Results

“I’m on my third day out, and honestly, I feel really good today,” Arnold, 31, said on Sunday, January 19, on TikTok. “Yesterday was a very difficult day. The surgery went well. Everything went as expected.”
I Dancing with the Stars the student explained that he gave his surgeon a range of sizes, which he initially thought would be 245cc to 300cc. However, before the surgery, Arnold changed his mind to a 265cc to 285cc range – but he was “heavily leaning” on the 265cc.
“You’re going to try them on during surgery and see what looks good on your frame, what complements everything best,” Arnold commented. “And so I said, ‘I’ll leave it to you. I lean more towards 265[cc].’ He also agreed but said he would do what seemed best in surgery.”
Arnold noted that he went with a Motiva ergonomic implant. “Motiva is a kind of silicone implant, and ergonomic means kind of, like, its firmness. I wanted something very natural, very uniform, soft, not hard,” he explained. “So you can do round or ergo, I think, [are] different options. So I went with the Motiva Ergo.”
In the end, Arnold got a 265cc transplant on both sides, which he said he was “very happy” with the size.

“They are really swollen, they don’t stay well at all. “Obviously, it’s only been three days, but I can already see the power,” he said. “And I’m really happy that we went with the size we went with. I think I would have been upset if they were bigger.”
After the surgery, Arnold said she had “a scar on her nipple,” called an “anchor scar.” He added, “With the lift, they would move some of the extra skin, moving the nipple up the breast.”

As for his profile, Arnold decided on a central fusion and chose to do the procedure over his muscle.
“My surgeon does this a lot and he’s a big believer in the procedure, because you don’t have to cut your pec muscle, which was very interesting to me,” Arnold said. “I’m an active person and I didn’t want anything to interfere with my muscle function. Recovery is much easier because you don’t have to wait for the muscle to heal.”
Arnold also found the “GalaFLEX,” which he described as “an inner mesh bra that they put underneath.”
“After about 18 months, it dissolves and becomes like collagen, but it just helps to support the bottom, which I really like,” he said. “So there you have it. That’s all the details about my brush, raising and lifting. I’m very happy with the results so far, and I know it’s only going to get better as they recover and stabilize in everything.”

While sharing the results of his surgery, Arnold gushed that his fans were “very supportive” of his decision.
“Even if you don’t like it, you don’t like it, or you don’t want to do it yourself, I appreciate the respect that this is something I wanted to do for myself,” she said.
After sharing her decision to get breast augmentation and the promotion of a separate TikTok video, Arnold said she initially wanted to have the procedure done if she and her husband, Sam Cusickthey had finished having children.
Although he and Cusick are “not done having kids” yet, Arnold noted that the couple was in no rush to expand their family. (Arnold and Cusick are parents to daughters Sage, 4, and June, 20 months.)
“I just decided that I don’t want to wait,” he said in December 2024. “Obviously, [I] know there’s a chance I might need a ride later in life or whatever, but I don’t want to wait any longer. … We just put it [family planning] from standing for a long time.”
