Ezra Sosa Calls Anna Delvey’s ‘Nothing’ Comment on DWTS ‘Normal’
Ezra Sosa the partner was not surprised Anna DelveyAttitude after being sent home Dancing with the Stars.
“I knew she was going to say something amazing and the most important thing is Anna Delvey coming out,” Sosa, 23, told Extra on Tuesday, September 24. “Yes, she should. It’s very normal. We didn’t expect anything less from her.”
Seconds after coming off Tuesday’s episode, the cohost Julianne Hough asked Delvey, 33, if he will remove his information from the program. “Nothing,” Delvey replied while Sosa shook his head and smiled.
“There you go, nothing,” Hough, 36, said during the meeting Alfonso Ribeiro he added, “He was happy, stop.” (Tori Spelling and his partner, Pasha Pashkovthey were sent home again when the episode ended twice.)

“Real love @theannadelvey,” Cutrone, 58, wrote on Wednesday, September 25. “I can give 2 fks flex.” While sharing a message of support for Delvey, Cutrone uploaded a tense moment where the season 33 contestant showed off his shortness. DWTS dignity.
Delvey’s journey continues DWTS it was controversial from the beginning because of the way he found himself being watched. Delvey was arrested in 2018 and remained in prison for his conviction the following year. He served two years after being convicted of fraud, burglary and theft of utilities. Delvey was released from prison in 2022 after posting $10,000 bail and placed under house arrest. His saga is being dramatized in a Netflix series Inventing Anna.
After his exit, Sosa said Tuesday that Delvey had been apologizing to him for cutting short his first season as a coach. “I was like, ‘No, don’t apologize. I’m here for you, this is your journey,’” she told the outlet. “I’m sorry, like, ‘I’m sorry I couldn’t keep up with you.'”
While reflecting on her time competing with Delvey, Sosa noted that she wants viewers to understand that she is “incredibly sweet” while adding that she is “really incomprehensible.”
“I think the people who treat her like Anna Delvey, she feels the need to express that to them,” Sosa told reporters on Tuesday. But with him, whenever I danced or taught him, I tried with all my might to see him as a non-human, and he is really lovely.”
Dancing with the Stars simulcast on ABC and Disney+ on Tuesdays at 8 pm ET. Episodes are available to stream on Hulu and Disney+ the following day.
