“Everything’s A Fake”: Morrell Calls Benavidez “Little Chicken” And Vows To DRY Him Up

David Morrell says ‘The King of Mexico’ that David Benavidez is a fake identity and that he is “A fat little chicken.” WBA ‘regular’ light heavyweight champion Morrell (11-0, 9 KOs) promises to “out-box” Benavidez (29-0, 24 KOs) to expose him as a cheater at noon.

Morrell vs. Benavidez will headline the 12-round fight in 15 days on February 1 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The event will be shown live on PBC on Prime Video PPV. Benavidez will have his interim WBC 175-lb belt on the line which he recently captured against Oleksandr Gvozdyk on June 15 last year.

Monster Faked?

This fight will show if Benavidez is as good as he and his fans think he is fools gold, who had ignorant followers who were deceived all the time. They want Benavidez to replace Canelo Alvarez so badly that they don’t look at him with open eyes to see that he’s fighting a ham and screwing up his entire career. The fans want Benavidez to be their new hero so badly that they are not willing to see the blemishes and that he is not the real deal.

“You are the King? I’m coming to you. Get out of here,” said David Morrell on PPV.com, referring to David Benavidez, who has made a name for himself as the best in the 175-lb division but is winless and looked brutal in his light heavyweight debut. .

“I got everything. Fast, power, defense, attack, moving legs. I have everything. I don’t know why people say ‘You’re a Monster.’ Boom. You’re down 100%. I promise you, I will get him out,” said Morrell.

What is Benavidez talking about? Why is he talking about Morrell’s dog and cat? That sounds like pure paranoia on his part to include pets as part of his reason for needing to beat him. I mean, the ‘Mexican Monster’ found the toughest opponent of his career, his first true test of his size, smaller than him, and more power.

Benavidez needs to prove that he is the real deal it’s just fake who has succeeded over the years by struggling to fight in a weight class smaller than his larger frame and mostly picking on older guys. If he lost this fight to Morrell, then he was a fake, and his entire career was a sham.
