The ‘Apartment 7A’ clip shows the evil lurking beyond Bramford

What happened before the Woodhouses moved into the infamous Bramford Building in 1965 in New York City? That is the shocking story that was revealed in it Apartment 7A, a Rosemary’s baby A prequel that follows desperate dancer Terry Gionoffrio, played by Julia Garner.

The latest movie trailer from The remainder writer/director Natalie Erika James teases familiar (and unusual) characters, such as the sympathetic Minnie (Dianne Weist) and her model husband Roman Castevet (Kevin McNally). But this clip shows that Terry’s problems go beyond the unusual residents of a luxury apartment complex near Central Park.

In this clip, titled “Show Me,” Terry interviews for new music. But an unknown ankle injury made it difficult to find work. Here, he is harassed by three producers and casting directors, who ask him to show them the move that disrupted his career. Worse, they asked him to do it again, and, and, and again. All the time, the intensity of the demand hits hard.

Beneath Garner’s smooth body and beaming smile, there is a shadow of pain. And here, James begins to turn the screw, revealing how the brutal world of show business can push a young dreamer to do anything to make it happen.

Apartment 7A comes on demand and Paramount+ on September 27.
