Ventive Hospitality, Senores Pharma, Carraro India going public soon; here is a summary of the registration status so far
The initial public offering (IPO) of three companies that opened last week on December 20, 2024 will end today, December 24, 2024. Two IPOs; Ventive Hospitality, and Senores Pharmaceuticals were oversubscribed in their third or final day bidding process by 6.05 times to 77.64 times, respectively so far till 3:09 pm, according to BSE data. However, the Carraro India issue was booked 0.96 times. Here’s how these three IPOs are listed in different categories:
Registration status of Ventive Hospitality IPO
The Ventive Hospitality IPO saw strong demand across all four categories including NIIs, Employees, and RIIs. NII applied for 4,15,97,616 shares or 10.58 times against the 39,31,967 shares reserved for the division. On the other hand, the QIBs segment received bids of 3,34,83,745 shares or 4.26 times as against 78,63,934 shares. Meanwhile, RIIs and Employee shares were booked 4.64 times or 1,21,62,124 shares, and 8.16 times or 1,40,645 shares, respectively.
Subscription status of Senores Pharmaceuticals IPO
Senores Pharma’s IPO was oversubscribed 77.64 times at last count with bids of 66,26,66,458 shares against 85,34,681 shares, led by Non Institutional Investors (NIIs), and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) . RIIs bid for 12,49,08,280 shares against 15,46,586 shares reserved for them, while the NIIs segment received bids for 21,09,87,172 shares against 23,19,879 shares. Meanwhile, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment fetched bids of 32,54,03,956 shares or 70.84 times against 45,93,216 shares.
Subscription status of Carraro India IPO
Of the three public offerings, Carraro India’s public issue saw little participation and was completely unsubscribed. The issue was booked just 0.96 times or bids were received for 8,73,84,130 shares as against 1,44,34,453 shares. In all the various categories, only half of the QIBs are fully booked.
RIIs bid for 39,47,811 shares or 0.60 times and HNIs fetched 0.52 times or 14,53,473 shares as compared to 28,06,887 shares, which is the lowest participation by category.
