On Nov 22, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. presented Certificates of Congratulation on Loan Relief (COCROM) and Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) in Isabela Province. The issuance of COCROMs freed beneficiaries from over P1 billion in debts that include amortization, interest, and additional fees.
The President assured the farmers of the government’s unwavering support to ensure their welfare. He also asserted that the government will continue to support farmers and fishermen until they fully recover from the effects of the recent typhoons in the country. He saw the resilience of the Filipino people in Isabela Province who braved and survived six consecutive typhoons.
