Sean “Diddy” Combs he will remain in jail in New York City until his trial begins next year.

Recently, a federal judge Arun Subramanian decided that “no condition or combination of conditions will ensure public safety” if it grants Diddy’s bail request, according to documents obtained by Mr. Us Weekly in late November.

The day before Combs withdrew the new bail request, he was accused of sexual harassment three other alleged victims, Us confirmed on Thursday, December 12.

According to documents obtained by Usunnamed victims say Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted them. The first claim in the documents was in 2019.

.Two of the accusers alleged that they went to hotels with the rapper, and one said that they were raped in their home in the Hamptons. (One said she was raped by Diddy in her room at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, where she was arrested in September.)

All three alleged victims said they accepted alcohol from Diddy, saying they passed out when he sexually assaulted them.

One alleged victim said Diddy told them that going to the police would make them “look like an idiot,” adding that “he would never. [be] able to prove his claims against Combs” because of his celebrity status.

The same accuser also revealed that the men who were traveling with Diddy called his cell phone to “intimidate and threaten” him to keep quiet after sexually assaulting him. According to the case, the alleged victims did not come forward with their stories due to fear and humiliation.

Diddy’s lawyers denied the allegations in a statement Us. “These complaints are full of lies,” the statement read. “We will prove that they are false and seek sanctions against all unscrupulous lawyers who have made fictitious claims against him.”

A statement issued on Us in October he noted that “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will be there: that Mr. Combs has never sexually abused anyone—old or young, male or female.”
