The ATP announced a record $28.5 million in prize money for the ATP Challenger Tour for the 2025 season – up $6.2 million year-on-year and 135 percent from 2022. strategy – to increase the number of players who can make a sustainable living from tennis.

ATP chairman Andrea Gaudenzi he said: “Creating a sustainable pathway for players to the ATP Tour is important for the future of our game. Starting in 2022, we have invested in significant changes to the Challenger Tour. The results have been clear: record prize money, increasing year on year and most importantly, more players within the Top 250 are being offered greater financial compensation at this level.”
