Jane Doe recalled stumbling before Diddy grabbed her again and “threw her on the bed.” The complaint states that Jay-Z, 55, took off her clothes and placed her on the floor while raping her, while both Diddy and the female celebrity watched. It is said that the woman was then raped by Diddy while Jay-Z and the famous woman were watching.

The civil lawsuit was first filed in October but was updated on Sunday to include Jay-Z’s name. Both Diddy and Jay-Z have continued to deny all claims made against them regarding the alleged after-party at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
