But for some reason, it looks like Kody is keeping the issue under wraps. But now this same issue has exploded. So, Meri steps in to make things right. Especially since recent news shows that Meri Brown and Janelle Brown were at loggerheads.

Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s love for money…

Sister Wives fans know all about Kody Brown’s relationship with money. So, they watch the latest episodes to see how the division of family assets will play out. For more than a decade, viewers have watched and learned how this family combined their resources.

That included one family cookie jar, or bank account, where they pooled all their income into Sister Wives the show. Then, along with the money from their TV series, money from the wives’ side gigs was also deposited into that account. But, despite popular belief that Janelle controlled the family’s finances with her shared husband, only Kody controlled the finances.

Kody Had Meri Believe Janelle Had Money?

Until recently, Meri Brown was under the impression that Janelle Brown jointly owned that account with Kody Brown. But that’s not the case. Janelle told Meri that even though she saved the family money, Kody was the only one who had access to it. If he had the money, they wouldn’t be in this mess they are facing today, said Meri.

Kody Brown once said to Sister Wives show that his biggest fear in life will be broken. So, it looks like you have made yourself the gatekeeper of the family finances to prevent this from happening. But with this latest conversation between Meri and Janelle, one has to wonder if Kody achieved his goal.

Sister Wives: Did Meri Brown Throw Janelle Brown Under the Bus?

Sister Wives released a few scenes where Janelle Brown comes to Meri Brown’s house to talk to her. Janelle’s main point in this visit was to warn Meri that she might want to protect her share of the family property.

Meri Brown was surprised when Janelle Brown gave the warning. He felt he could trust Kody. But Janelle begged to differ on that thought.

Then when Meri met Kody and Robyn Brown, she mentioned her share of the money from Coyote Pass. He also mentioned the way Janelle walked by to suggest that she should take a closer look.

Are Fans Going Down On The Wrong Person?

For some reason, fans say that Meri comes off as the unfaithful person in this scene, and Janelle appears as the victim. Sister Wives fans criticized Meri for telling Kody about Janelle’s warning, accusing her of throwing Janelle under the bus.

But for the fans, Kody remains unscathed, despite being the only one with a hand inside the cake jacket today. It seems that Meri Brown and Janelle Brown are both innocent in this incident. Kody Brown was the one who needed to be watched, not Janelle or Meri.

Meri spoke to fans who accused her of talking badly about Janelle. He said Janelle Brown gave him this warning in front of the group Sister Wives cameras, so Kody knows about it, this was no secret. But for some reason, Meri feels guilty about telling Kody what Janelle said. Anyway, Kody Brown has caused all the anger with the money, yet he walks away untouched by the suspicions of the fans.

Some viewers seem to think that Janelle Brown and Meri Brown got into a fight because of this. But, some fans are crying out that there is only one person who should be held accountable so that everyone gets a fair share of the family fortune… Kody Brown.
