In addition to being one of the most respected hip-hop artists of all time, Eminem he is a father of three children.
During an October 2020 appearance on the “Hotboxin With Mike Tyson” podcast, the “Lose Yourself” rapper shared details about his parenting journey: “When I think about my accomplishments, that’s probably the thing I’m most proud of … you know how to raise kids.”
The Grammy winner welcomed daughter Hailie Jade in December 1995 with ex-wife Kim Scott. The couple married in 1999 and separated in 2001 before exchanging vows for the second time in 2006. They broke up again later that year.
Eminem also adopted Stevie – who he adopted as his ex-wife in 2002 with her then-boyfriend. Eric Harter -and Alaina, born in 1993 to Kim’s sister, Dawn Scott. (Dawn died at age 41 in 2016 after battling a drug addiction.)
“I have full custody of my nephew,” she said 8 miles star said of Alaina – who he calls “Lainey” in his music – during a 2004 interview. Rolling Stone. “My nephew has been a part of my life since he was born. Kim and I were with him a lot, he stayed with us wherever we were.”
