Every year hundreds of talented JUCO players transfer to NCAA Division I four-year colleges across the country looking to make an impact. Last season on the mound, no JC transfer had a bigger impact Brian Holiday (Oklahoma State). The 6-foot right-hander was a dominant player, pitching every weekend and producing a 2.95 ERA in 113 innings for the Cowboys. He was also the highest-drafted four-year college player (3rd round, 80th overall pick; Cardinals) who played the previous spring on the junior college ranks.
