“I crashed Larry Davidwho is my all time person,” Bilson, 43, shares exclusively in the latest issue of Us Weekly. “I was so scared, I started sweating and ran away from the other side.”
Although he is a celebrity, The OC alum has never been a fan of asking her co-stars for selfies. “Even before I became an actor, I was nervous about that,” he explains. “When I was young, I used to see actors I knew [at] the restaurant and my mom was like, ‘Do you want to take a picture with them?’ And I never did.”
While Bilson doesn’t enjoy asking celebrities for impromptu photos, he does enjoy keeping his family safe with the help of SimpliSafe’s Active Guard Outdoor Protection. “I really like things that are easy to use and that I can do with my phone because I always have my phone with me,” he said. Having been the victim of a home burglary in the past, Bilson adds: “I’m very happy with this security system.” (Bilson’s home was burglarized by the infamous “Bling Ring” in the late 2000s.)

Bilson: Yesterday. My daughter [Briar, 10] I started at a new school with uniforms, so I should be more than that. I do laundry a few times a week now.

Bilson: Everyone calls me “Ray-Ray.”

Bilson: My mother is Jane on Amazon [Prime Video]. It was really fun.
With us: When was the last time you spoke to a customer service representative?
Bilson: Not long ago. I had to call Kipling because I ordered two backpacks for my daughter for school. It would cost a lot of money to replace it. So we talked, and they were nice.

Bilson: My daughter’s favorite, pasta fagioli. I do it once a week. The funny thing is that his friends like it too, so it makes me a little famous.
With us: Which is your favorite Real Housewives a franchise?
Bilson: It’s so crazy, because I love reality television: I’ve never seen an episode of it Real Housewives! But I downloaded it Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
With us: What’s your Uber rating?
Bilson: I’m not Uber. I am an avid driver myself. I’m not a drinker and I don’t leave my house – so that helps too!
