David Axelrod, a former adviser to President Obama, introduced an anonymous aide to President Biden during his podcast on Friday because the aide insisted the president would have defeated President-elect Trump.

“I read a quote from an unnamed Biden aide saying Obama’s people ran Biden in 2016, and he would have beaten Trump. And they ran him again this time,” Axelrod said. “And he was going to beat Trump again. Bulls—!”

After Trump was nominated to win the 2024 election, Democrats have been pointing fingers at each other wondering where the president went wrong.

“Go out in the daytime and say what you say and put your name under it and we’ll discuss it. But don’t be a snoring coward until you put a quote that doesn’t mean what it means. Total bulls— Look at the boy!

Axelrod’s publicist Mike Murphy agreed and said, “if Biden had been nominated, Republicans would have 25 seats in the House today.”

Axelrod said, “We talked about how he should have gotten out early. The people who give these undisclosed quotes are people in this kind of performance bubble who should have gone to him a long time ago and said cash the boss tips, he’ll be considered more and he’ll give your team a better chance to win.” He added, “They are all holding hands in this circle of denial.”

Murphy said they should call it what it was, “covering up.”

Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi suggested in an interview with the New York Times that Biden should have dropped out of the race soon after participating in the Democratic Alliance’s campaign to pressure the president out of office.

“If the president had left early, it is possible that there are others who will join the race,” said Pelosi.

“And as I said, Kamala is possible, I think she would have done well [a primary] and I have the strength to go forward. But we don’t know that. That didn’t happen. We’re living with what happened,” Pelosi told the Times. “And because the president approved Kamala Harris so quickly, that made it very difficult to have an elementary school at that time. If it had been earlier, it would have been different.”
