Park Hyatt Los Cabos in Cabo Del Sol is now taking reservations
TPG hasn’t released our list of the most anticipated hotel openings in 2025 yet – but one Hyatt we can’t wait to visit is already booking.
The Park Hyatt Los Cabos in Cabo Del Sol, Mexico is now taking reservations through Aug. 21, 2025, until – and on many days in October of next year, you can even get non-maximum Section 8 rates for 35,000. The world of Hyatt points to each night. Rates start at $765/night in August.
And while we’re happy to see that bookings are open for this much-anticipated property, it’s important to note that it can be risky to book new hotels when they open – especially vacation-focused resorts – considering new properties are often the victims of setbacks that push openings back. Also, be aware: Cabo is prone to extremely hot and rainy weather in August and September.
But that doesn’t mean it’s not a good deal, especially at 35,000 points per night.
Whenever you decide to come to the Park Hyatt Los Cabos in Cabo Del Sol, there is much to look forward to.
Guest rooms and suites at the resort are light, airy and contemporary. Entry-level rooms start at 649 square feet and include balconies or terraces, soaking tubs, walk-in showers, 55-inch TVs with Chromecast and all the premium amenities you’re used to at Park Hyatts. For more space, you can expand to larger suites with swimming pools and even one- and two-bedroom villas with private pools, living rooms and kitchens.

Across the resort, guests will find five restaurants and bars ranging from a Mediterranean restaurant to an all-day Mexican bar, as well as a beach club and bar, a swim-up bar and a coffee shop.
If the thought of a pool bar has caught your attention as we head into the cooler months, you’ll be happy to hear that this Hyatt park has five pools, including a beachfront area with ocean views. There is also a 59,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center.
This is just the first of many hotels opening next year, we can’t wait to tell you about it. For more inspiration, check out the most anticipated openings this year, including a few we are still eagerly awaiting to open their doors.
