Primal Ax House

Six Capital Brewing

The BBQ is decorated in the same style as everything is made in house, including sides like pickles, hot peppers, and sauces. Just south of Denver proper, Tribe on the Riverwalk in Castle Rock is a cosmopolitan bar with exceptional food. Prost Brewing

If you must drink and eat like a German, Prost is your place in Denver. Each of the three areas, including North (family), Central (superpower), and South (central Oompa), has a different character, but beer and schnitzel is the Wunderbar. Expect a German beer hall where you can order the real heritage of Deutschland beer. Dunkel is a malty classic, while their Schwarzbier has the right hints of chocolate and coffee at this dark level.
