Swanky 1 Hotel Seattle is set to open up a few months, and the Energy Property is open to the booking.
The South Lake Union hotel set to open April 22 and is now available in online reservation, the hotel told the points guy. Room prices start $ 400 on the night of the opening weekend, and a $ 20-PER-Night Feason fees.
